Party on a Cloud SF – Terms & Conditions

Term of Lease

The renter agrees to supervise all rented items during use. The renter acknowledges responsibility for covering the full repair cost or replacement value of any damaged rental items. By renting, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms.

Payment Terms

• 20% non‑refundable payment upon confirmation to secure your booking

• 20% non‑refundable payment required one week prior to the event

• 100% non‑refundable payment if booked within one week of the event

Rescheduling transfers payments to the new event date. If the event is canceled, the payment becomes an in‑house credit for future rentals.

Damage Deposit

• A $200 damage deposit is required for bounce houses

• The deposit does not cover damage and serves as security only

• Any damage to items must still be paid for separately

Wear & Tear

Normal wear such as small scuffs or marks is expected. However, excessive damage, stains, tears, or breakage may result in repair or replacement charges.

Dirty or Damaged Items

The renter agrees to cover damage beyond normal wear and tear. Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.

Play Rules

To ensure safety:

• Children must be supervised at all times

• No shoes or heels inside bounce houses or play areas

• No food, drinks, candy, or gum in the bounce house

• No face paint, glitter, slime, or messy products

• No sharp objects allowed

• Equipment must stay in the designated play area

• Only children ages 1‑12 allowed in bounce houses

Insurance

The renter is responsible for their own liability, health, or accident insurance related to the use of rental equipment.

Operation Terms

The renter authorizes Party on a Cloud SF to access the event property for delivery and pickup of rental equipment.

A standard outlet (115 volts / 20 amp) must be available within 50 feet for bounce houses.

If power fails, all users must exit the unit immediately.

Safe Operation Rules

• Units must be placed on grass or smooth surfaces

• Do not operate during high winds or storms

• Units cannot be moved after installation

• Anchors must remain secured

Additional Safety Rules

• Remove shoes, glasses, and sharp objects before entering

• Do not climb walls or nets of inflatables

• Do not exceed maximum rider limits

• Adult supervision is required at all times

Additional Terms

Party on a Cloud SF is not responsible for weather conditions or electrical disruptions.

Absolutely no:

• Silly string

• Confetti

• Foam

• Food or drinks inside units

Damage from these items may result in cleaning fees or replacement costs.

Hold Harmless Agreement

The renter agrees to release Party on a Cloud SF from liability for injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use of rental equipment. The renter accepts full responsibility for supervision and proper use of equipment.
